The Chalet Darentasia is situated in Montrigon, a small hamlet between Bourg-St-Maurice and Arc 1600 at 1025m high.

The chalet Darentasia is an old farm renovated and turned into a holidays house for families with 3 independent apartments. You will enjoy the place as well for winter holidays or summer trip.
The chalet is about 100 meters walking to the funiculaire station to reach Arc 1600 resort and slopes or Bourg-St-Maurice (about 5 minutes).

The apartment Gentianes is fitting for up to 8 people. It offers a quiet place to stay for families or small group of friends.

The apartment Gentianes : 90m², ground floor, south exposure, living room with a dinning area for 8, well fitted kitchen, alcove with trundle beds which could be used as a relax area on day and turned as night space (sliding door to close the alcôve), 1 bedroom for 3 (double bed and single folding bed) , 1 bedroom for 2, bathroom and independent toilets.

The Chalet Darentasia takes place in a quiet small village at 1000 meters high near by Bourg-St-Maurice and at the bottom of Arc 1600 resort. 

The Chalet Darentasia is a great destination for persons looking for some quite spacious accommodations with a much more affordable price than in Les Arcs resort.

It offers an easy access to Les Arcs thanks to the funiculaire.


The chalet is composed of 3 independents apartments : 

- L'Edelweïs for 12/14 people

- Les Soldanelles for 10 people

- Les Gentianes for 8 people

Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace looking at the valley and mountains and the orchards near by.

There are any shops in Montrigon but you can quite quickly reach Bourg-St-Maurice or Arc 1600 by driving or taking the funiculaire.

Accommodation location

Montrigon is about 5 minutes driving to Bourg-St-Maurice and 10 minutes to Les Arcs 1600.
The Chalet Darentasia is situated at 50 meters from the funiculaire station that stops at regular time in the day.

Slopes departure and ski lessons meeting points

You are at about 5 minutes from Arc 1600 ski and lift departures with the funiculaire.
From Arc 1600 station, the ski lessons departures are at about 5 to 10 minutes walking (depending on the ski lessons levels).
