Book with complete peace of mind : in view of the current Covid-19 pandemic situation, Les Arcs Réservation will provide free cancellation and a refund of the prepaid amount* in the event of cancellation for the following reasons proved at the time of the stay and in accordance with Les Arcs Réservation cancellation fee standard (defined in our General terms and conditions of sale) (*the amount of 17€ for booking fees won't be reimbursed).

A.WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE 

1. Stay at home measures (general lockdown) on the government’s decision  
2. French department of departure in lockdown
3. Destination in lockdown 
4. Closing of the ski resort or of the Residences at the time of the stay (proportional refund + fees if the stay started)
5. For those coming from abroad: closed borders of country of residence and/or France on the dates of the stay.

B.If you subscribe to THE CANCELLATION INSURANCE TRANQUILOC - AREAS FORMULA 1

Les Arcs Réservation offers to purchase optional insurance that guarantees cancellation and interruption of the stay under certain circumstances. 

Concerning the Covid pandemic, the cancellation in case of positive Covid-19 diagnosis is included.If all or part of the renters who purchased a cancellation insurance for the stay can’t go for the following reasons: all or part of the insured persons, spouse or family member, any person ordinarily living with the insured person(s) tested positive for Covid-19 before the due date of the stay subject to presentation and validation of justification requested by the insurer (e.g.: travel ban approved by a medical authority with diagnosis and the date first Covid-19 symptoms appeared or risk of contamination preventing the person from travelling…).

The insurance premium is based on your accommodation as well as every service with your stay, it has to be paid when booking your stay and is not refundable. 

 

For any other case of cancellation or changes in accommodation or services, they are subject to Les Arcs Réservation's prior approval.

When Les Arcs Réservation accepts these changes, it retains €25 costs which are added to the €17 arrangement fee.

The customer may withdraw from his commitment under the conditions listed below. Any customer request for cancellation should be sent to Les Arcs Réservation in writing for it to be considered.

• For cancellation notified more than forty-five days before the start of the holiday, the 25% paid when confirming the reservation is returned to the customer, whilst the €17 arrangement fee and premiums for any insurance policies taken out remain due.
• For cancellation notified more than fifteen days but less than forty-five days before the start of the holiday, the following will be retained:  the 25% paid when the reservation was confirmed by Les Arcs Réservation as compensation for withdrawal, the €17 arrangement fee and premiums for any insurance policies taken out remain due.
• For cancellation notified more than seven days but less than fifteen days before the start of the holiday, the 75% of the holiday price is due to Les Arcs Réservation as compensation for withdrawal; the €17 arrangement fee and the premiums for any insurance policies taken out also remain due.
• All cancellations less than eight days before the date of arrival are without effect and the entire price of the holiday is due.
• Should the customer not show up at the holiday site, we retain the full amount of the holiday and any services reserved and invoiced, the 100% arrangement fee and any premiums for insurance policies taken out.
• Special terms for bookings in the residences managed by Pierre et Vacances Premium Les Alpages de Chantel, Le Roselend, Arc 1950 and Pierre et Vacances Le Belmont : For cancellation notified more than thirty days before the start of the holiday, the 25% paid when confirming the reservation is returned to the customer, whilst the €17 arrangement fee and premiums for any insurance policies taken out remain due. All cancellations less than thirty days before the date of arrival are without effect and the entire price of the holiday is due.

Cancellation insurance Tranquiloc - AREAS - Formula 1

Les Arcs Réservation offers to purchase optional insurance « TRANQUILOC Formula 1 » that guarantees cancellation and interruption of the stay under certain circumstances. 
The insurance premium is based on your accommodation as well as every service with your stay, it has to be paid when booking your stay and is not refundable. 

The premium is 3.2% of the total amount of your stay with a minimum of 10€.  
 

The insurance is available for the citizens of countries members of the European Economic Area, Great Britain, Switzerland and Monaco citizens.

The insurance is usually subscribed for all services booked. If you want to insurance the rental only, contact our office.
