A bit away from the resort center, the residence is situated in a quiet area facing the slopes or a forest.
You can ski down to the ski front or to the Transarc gondola in a few minutes and will ski back to the residence. A large path connects you with the Villards shopping center in about 10 minutes walking (about 300 meters).

The Villards shopping center is about 500 meters walking on a path. Some free bus shuttle drive you to the Villards or The Charvet bus stop.
The residence is offering a ski-in and ski-out access. You can ski down to the Transarc cable lift departure and the ski front.
The Arc Aventures Ski school area for children is just in front of the residence.
