This residence made of stone and wood looks like a large chalet overlooking the valley and the mountains as the Mont Blanc.

The residence Le Roselend is at the bottom of the Chantel area near by the residence Les Lauzières and the Charvet shopping center. It takes about 10 minutes walking by a path to get to the Charvet or during journey you can take a free shuttle at the Charvet bus stop.
