La Petite Maison is a tiny house situated in Hauteville-Gondon hamlet in the surroundings of Bourg-St-Maurice town center.

For winter holidays, you will enjoy to stay near by Les Arcs and several other Tarentaise ski resorts.

On summer and all year long, you will enjoy to stay in a charming hamlet, facing mountains and near by the river L'Isère famous for its wide water activities.

This tiny house has been fully renovated on 2023 to offer a charming and modern play to stay for 2 people.

On the first level, the main living-room with an open-plan kitchen, sofa corner and toilets, Upstairs, at the roof top, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a desk and relax area.

The stairs are a bit steep and not recommended with very young child.

For your comfort : wifi, ski storage and boots dryer, free outdoor parking, covered car park in extra, bed linen and towels rental.

La Petite Maison is situated in a small hamlet - Hauteville-Gondon - in the surroundings of Bourg-St-Maurice town center.

Hauteville-Gondon is a charming hamlet in the valley, at the foot of the ski area. A baroque style chapel is overlooking the hamlet and offering a very nice panorama on the valley and mountains.

You can quickly reach the bank of the Isere river to enjoy wide-water activities or just having a rest or walking alongside the river.

Slopes departure and ski lessons meeting points

On winter season, a free bus shuttle connects the village to the funiculaire station in Bourg-St-Maurice to reach Les Arcs 1600 (about 10 minutes trip).
